Janice Staniforth (FCII), a Chartered insurance broker, has won the 2009 Rutter Medal as the best qualifying new Fellow of the CII with her dissertation "Compliance in general insurance broking - has FSA regulation improved working practices?"The Rutter Medal and prize, sponsored by Royal & Sun Alliance Group plc, is awared annually to the best qualifying new Fellow of the CII and is judged largely on the quality of the Fellowship major achievement or dissertation.
