Our Legal Digest is a series of articles written by international law firm DAC Beachcroft and published in association with the CII’s general insurance faculties. DAC Beachdroft is a leading international legal business with more than 2,000 people and coverage adcross the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and North America.
